How do you send a Priority document for signature?
Produce the document
A price quote, an order, an agreement or any other document Priority prints. In a Make scenario, LeonAI Priority produces printed documents through EProg.
Send it to LeonAI Signs
Through the API, through the Make app, or with LeonAI Signs Connect, which links to Priority by server address or .ini file and pulls the document’s details from it.
The signature lands in the right place
When the document’s PDF is sent through the API or Make, LeonAI Signs finds where to sign on each document again: from PDF fields and text tags, through "signature" or "sign here" beside a blank line, to AI-based computer vision, scanned pages included.
The signer signs
They get a link by email and sign from any device, with no account, after the gates you switched on.
The document is sealed and returns
The completed PDF gets a PKCS#7 digital seal and an RFC-3161 timestamp from DigiCert. LeonAI Signs Connect writes the signed document back to the record in Priority.

API, Make or Connect: which fits what?
| API | Make app | LeonAI Signs Connect | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Setup | Your code sends the PDF | 15 modules and an instant trigger, no code | Server address or .ini file |
| Where to sign | Found again on each document | Found again on each document | A fixed spot from the template |
| When signed | 17 webhook event types report it | The scenario carries on from the trigger | Written back to the record in Priority |
| Plans | Every plan, Free included | Every plan, Free included | A paid add-on |
When the document has to return to its record with no code and no scenario, Connect is the way. When the signature is not always in the same place, as in a price quote, send the document’s PDF through the API or Make.
Is an electronic signature valid in Israel?
Israel’s Electronic Signature Law, 5761-2001, defines three levels: an electronic signature, a secure electronic signature and a certified electronic signature. LeonAI Signs produces a simple electronic signature under the law, with a digital seal and an audit certificate for every document. Advanced (AES) and qualified (QES) signatures are not supported at the moment, so if a document requires one, check it with your legal counsel.
The audit certificate details IP addresses, browser and operating system, times and the signing route, per Israel Tax Authority directive 180123-1. Documents are retained for seven years by default, and in tax-compliance mode, deletion within the period is refused.
How do you prove a signed document was not changed?
Every completed PDF gets a PKCS#7 digital seal and an RFC-3161 timestamp from DigiCert, and if the seal fails, the document does not close. An RFC 3161 timestamp proves that the document existed in this form before a given moment.
Every event in the process enters a SHA-256 hash chain that is also anchored outside the database. Changing a single character breaks verification, and a dedicated endpoint checks exactly that.
What does a signer need?
Only the link they get by email. No account is needed, they can sign from any device, and signers never spend credits. Before signing, you can switch on gates, each one separately, by how sensitive the document is:
- A one-time email code: six digits, valid for ten minutes, five attempts
- A signing password, from the Business plan up
- A read confirmation before signing
With several signers, the route is sequential when the signing order must be kept, or parallel when everyone gets it at once. Each signer has their own fields.
Does Hebrew stay intact after signing?
Yes. We wrote our own BiDi engine for PDF and embedded the Noto Sans Hebrew font inside the file, so a Hebrew document stays aligned and readable after signing too. The entire interface is translated as well.
Common questions

- Does the signed document go back to Priority?
- Yes, with LeonAI Signs Connect, a paid add-on. It links to Priority by server address or .ini file, pulls the document’s details and writes the signed document back to the record in Priority.
- Is the signature recognized under Israeli law?
- LeonAI Signs produces a simple electronic signature under Israel's Electronic Signature Law, 5761-2001, with a digital seal and an audit certificate for every document. Advanced (AES) and qualified (QES) signatures are not supported at the moment.
