CAPABILITIES

Everything your organization runs

01

What a customer sees

Orders, invoices, shipments, receipts, service calls, serial numbers with their warranty, contacts and the catalogue. An order, an invoice, a delivery note or any other document also opens as a PDF, and every document list says how fresh its figures are.

02

Orders and service calls

A customer builds an order from the catalogue or reorders from an earlier one, and the order is written to Priority. Sending again an order whose outcome was unclear returns the existing order instead of opening a second one. The same way, a customer opens a service call and follows it.

03

The Portal Studio

You decide what your customers see from your own Priority forms and fields, in a live preview of the portal. A new screen starts from a ready-made template or from a Priority form; every change is saved as a draft and reaches customers only when you publish, after a check that shows what could block it. The last 50 versions are kept, and any of them can be restored.

04

Your branding

A colour, a logo for light and for dark mode, an app icon, a sign-in background and a choice of 28 fonts, every one of them with Hebrew. The emails the portal sends go out in your portal’s colour and name too.

05

Sign-in and team

Customers sign in with a link sent to their email and, where it is set up, with the organization’s SSO over SAML 2.0 or OIDC. A team admin invites users and decides which screens each one can open, and that access is enforced on the server, not only in the menu.

06

Notifications

Customers get in-portal notifications about orders, invoices, shipments and service calls, and email ones as each user chose in their settings.

07

Several Priority companies

One portal connects several Priority companies. How many companies and how many users depends on the plan.

08

Hebrew and English

Hebrew and RTL from the ground up, and English in the customer portal: each user picks a language, and numbers, dates and codes are isolated so they never break inside Hebrew text.

09

On the way: mobile apps

Field apps for drivers, sales reps and technicians — installed on the phone straight from the browser, and working without signal — are in development, followed by a studio that builds mobile apps from your own Priority forms. They are not available yet; we will announce them when they open.

HOW IT CONNECTS

Where the portal sits between Priority and your customers

The portal reads from and writes to Priority ERP; customers sign in to it with an email link or SSO, and portal admins set up its screens, branding and team.

Built to pass security reviews

The questions your IT and compliance teams will ask — answered up front.

  • The server never trusts a customer code from the browser: it adds the signed-in customer’s own code to every request for customer records, so each customer sees only their own records.
  • A screen you switched off and access a team admin removed are enforced on the server — an old link or a bookmark does not bring the data back.
  • Form, field and filter names are checked every time they are used, and anything invalid is never sent to Priority.
  • PDFs are kept briefly in private storage in Israel and removed automatically, and their link works only for the signed-in customer.
  • Email-link or SSO sign-in over SAML 2.0 / OIDC; LeonAI’s operator console also requires a TOTP code.
  • Portal data is not kept in the browser’s cache, and the portal loads no fonts or stylesheets from other sites.

ISO/IEC 27001

ISO 27001 certified — the certification covers the whole company, not a single product.

FAQ

Questions that keep coming up

Where does the data come from?

From your Priority. The portal reads the forms over OData and the Web SDK, and on the server it scopes every request for customer records to the signed-in customer. When Priority is briefly unreachable, a list shows the last saved copy and says so, with its age.

Can the screens follow our own forms?

Yes. In the Portal Studio you choose a Priority form, fields, filters and order — from the forms and fields your Priority actually has, not from a fixed template. Changes are saved as a draft and reach customers only when you press Publish.

How do customers sign in?

With a link sent to their email, or with the organization’s SSO over SAML 2.0 or OIDC on the Enterprise plan. Sign-in can be set to email only, SSO only, or both.

What differs between the plans?

How many Priority companies the portal connects and how many users it has: Starter up to 2 companies and 25 users, Growth up to 5 companies and 200 users, and Enterprise unlimited, with SSO. Prices exclude VAT, and yearly billing gives two months free.

Can customers also order and open service calls?

Yes. A customer builds an order from the catalog or reorders from a past order, and the order is written to Priority. Resending an order that may not have arrived returns the existing order instead of opening a second one. Service calls are opened and tracked the same way.

Where is the data stored?

The portal runs on Google Cloud in me-west1, Tel Aviv, and reads the data from your Priority. PDF files are kept briefly in private storage in Israel and deleted automatically, and portal data is not kept in the browser cache.

How do we start?

With a conversation with us. The portal has no self-serve sign-up: we connect it to your Priority companies, and from there you set up the screens in the Studio and invite customers.

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet. Field apps for drivers, sales reps and technicians are in development, and we will update when they open.
