WhatsApp for Priority. An agent, not a chatbot.
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent on WhatsApp does the work: it reads from Priority, sends the right message to the right person, and writes to Priority only after someone approves. All of it on MCP for Priority, the server we build and operate.
Five WhatsApp conversations. All from Priority.
Each one is an hour of the working day on the agents page — with the tools the agent ran and the person who approved.
The night’s orders, the anomalies in sales and cash flow, and the decision waiting for the manager — in one message, before anyone has arrived.
06:00The salesperson records from the car; the agent checks stock, price and credit terms, prepares a quote, and once approved records it in Priority with a PDF ready for the customer.
08:40Reminders tailored to each customer by what happened on the account, and a dispute goes to the person who knows it.
11:30The customer asks when it can be installed; the agent checks for a free technician and parts in stock, offers a slot and gets a yes.
13:30Once the service rep has approved the reply to the customer, the call goes to the technician on WhatsApp — with the customer’s history and the part number.
15:00A WhatsApp module on a server already connected to Priority.
MCP for Priority
The WhatsApp module adds sending messages and reading chats to the same assistant that reads your ERP. Off by default, enabled per customer.
To the product page- Writes are off by default, and each operation is approved once with a signed token valid for 90 seconds.
- An audit log of every tool call, chained with SHA-256.
- No ERP deletes exist.
- ISO 27001 certified — the certification covers the whole company, not a single product.
WhatsApp is only the mouth. The agent is what works.

All the ways inQuestions about WhatsApp and Priority
Can WhatsApp be connected to Priority?
Yes. The WhatsApp module of MCP for Priority adds sending messages and reading chats to the same assistant that reads your ERP. It is off by default and enabled per customer, for an extra ₪500 per month excluding VAT, on the Base, Base Plus and Unlimited plans of MCP for Priority, which start at ₪1,500 per month.
Which WhatsApp number does it use?
Yours. You link it by scanning a QR code or with a pairing code. Messages go out from that number, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Is this a WhatsApp chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers from what it was given, and the conversation ends with an answer. Here WhatsApp is how an agent talks to people: it reads current data from Priority, sends the message, and records in the system only after a person approves. A marketing WhatsApp bot is not what we build.
Who approves before anything is written to Priority?
A person. Writing to Priority is off by default, and when it is on, every operation is shown for approval first, with a signed token valid for 90 seconds. Every tool call is recorded in an audit log.
Only WhatsApp, or mail too?
Mail too. The Outlook module adds managing the inbox and calendar to the same assistant, with per-user OAuth. It is also off by default and enabled per customer.
Can it send files on WhatsApp?
Yes. The module sends text, images, video and files, and reads the chats, contacts and groups of the linked number.
