AI for Priority ERP: what you can connect and run today

Updated · Leon Shmueli, Founder & CEO

The short answer

AI for Priority ERP works in three ways today: you ask Priority in plain words from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot and get an answer from the data itself; you let an AI agent do a whole piece of work and record it in Priority after a person approves; and you connect the AI to channels your team already uses, such as WhatsApp and Outlook. An MCP server connects all three.

How do you ask Priority a question in plain words?

The simplest place to start: an AI assistant your team already uses, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or GitHub Copilot, connects to Priority through MCP for Priority and answers from your company's data. For example:

  • "Who were our ten largest customers last quarter, and what share of revenue is each?"
  • "How has stock of this item moved over the last three months?"
  • "Show me the open orders of customer 12345."

The server reads your company's own data structure, custom fields and screens included, and searches it in Hebrew and English. Every summary says what it includes and from what time the data is, and a partial answer is marked as partial.

What does an AI agent do beyond answering?

An agent gets a goal, not just a question: prepare a quote, send a collection reminder, schedule an installation. It reads current data from Priority, prepares the work and shows it for approval. The action is recorded in Priority only after a person approves.

TimeAgentWhat it does
06:00Morning briefOvernight orders and exceptions in sales and cash flow, in one message to the manager
08:40QuoteA voice note from the car becomes a quote: stock, price and credit terms, recorded in Priority after approval
11:30CollectionsA reminder that fits the customer's history, and a dispute goes to the person who knows the account
13:30InstallationA free technician and parts in stock, a proposed time and a confirmation

The whole day, hour by hour, with what each agent read and wrote, is on the agents page.

Can it run from WhatsApp or Outlook?

Yes. The same assistant that reads the ERP can also send WhatsApp messages, read chats and manage the Outlook mailbox and calendar, with personal OAuth for each user. These modules are off by default, turned on per customer, and are a paid add-on.

What should you check before giving AI access to the ERP?

The ERP holds the most sensitive data in the organization. Before connecting any AI tool to it, ours or anyone else's, check:

  • Who signs in as whom: does each user sign in with their own permissions, or does everyone work through one account?
  • What happens before a write: is every operation shown for approval, and are there tools that delete data?
  • An audit log: can you tell who asked what and who changed what?
  • Isolation: is your organization's data kept apart from other organizations on the same server?
  • Where the data is processed, and by whom.

In MCP for Priority each user signs in for themselves, writing is off by default, and once it is turned on every operation is shown for approval first. An automation that runs with no person in front of it, such as n8n, skips the approval step only with an API key that was given write access and explicit permission to skip it, and that is off by default. No tool in the catalog removes Priority data. Every tool call is written to an audit log chained with SHA-256 hashes. The server runs on Google Cloud in me-west1, Tel Aviv, and the AI features, when turned on, process content outside Israel. LeonAI is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified.

How do you start?

  1. Start with reading

Connect the assistant your team already uses, with read permissions, and ask the questions that today wait for a report.

  2. Add writing carefully

Once the team trusts the answers, turn on writing for the users who need it. In a conversation, every operation is still shown for approval.

  3. Hand work to an agent

Pick one piece of work that repeats every day, such as a morning brief or collections, and let an agent prepare it.

Common questions

Which AI tools can connect to Priority ERP?
Any client that supports MCP: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, GitHub Copilot and more. n8n has a dedicated endpoint in MCP for Priority, so the same tools are available to automation scenarios.
Does the AI see all the data in Priority?
It sees only what the permissions allow. Each user has their own read, write and module permissions, and toward Priority the server works through the organization's API user, with that user's permissions only.
Can AI record an order in Priority?
Yes, when writing is turned on. Orders, invoices, customers and remarks can be created and updated, and in a conversation every operation is shown for approval first. Before an update the server checks nobody changed the record since the preview.
What does it cost?
The plans and prices of MCP for Priority are on its product page. Writing to Priority, WhatsApp, Outlook, semantic search and the table cache are optional paid add-ons.
Does the data leave Israel?
MCP for Priority stores data in Google Cloud in me-west1, Tel Aviv. AI features, when turned on, process content outside Israel, and the assistant you chose, such as Claude or ChatGPT, processes the answers at its vendor and under its terms.
